About Us

Jenn and John met in Shanghai during the Chinese New Year Festival of 2009.

After a few months of chance run-ins and failed date requests, they finally managed to go on their first date and the rest is history. John proposed to Jenn at Lands End in San Francisco on October 1st on a wonderfully foggy morning overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. 

Over the course of their relationship, they have travelled to 12 different countries together, eaten a zillion dumplings & come to be parents to two very sweet kitties. As of December 2011, they are saying goodbye to Shanghai and hello to New Years Eve in Brazil — the next two months will see them trekking through Argentina, Chile and Peru before finally settling down to their new home in San Francisco, California. Adventure awaits!

Despite all the clutter and craziness of 1.3 billion people in the People’s Republic of China, they managed to meet and fall in love. Pretty great, huh?!
